I had an issue with my credit card company when trying to order online (fraud alert locked up my card) so I called 1stopbedrooms directly. I spoke to Cole who took my order over the phone. He was very patient because even when doing this the bank still had my card locked. We finally got through the process successfully. Cole kept reassuring that he was in no hurry, which reduced any stress in the process. Thank you, Cole! Looking forward to receiving this order.
