The online store was easy to use and made check out a breeze. My billing address and shipping address were different so they did a verification call to make sure that there was no fraudulent activity and that all the information was correct. Customer service was great and they were very polite. I would recommend to anyone looking for furniture. There prices were great too. We shopped all around and none beat there prices.

1stop bedrooms were great to work with in finding my bed frame. I found the frame I wanted at a better price than any other store. After placing my order I had to call customer service to verify my info, and the person on the phone helped me out by letting me know I needed to buy a support system for the bed frame I purchased. So thankful he informed me of this because I would’ve been so frustrated having gotten the bedframe in and not being able to use it. 10/10 highly recommend 1 stop bedrooms.

I had an issue with my credit card company when trying to order online (fraud alert locked up my card) so I called 1stopbedrooms directly. I spoke to Cole who took my order over the phone. He was very patient because even when doing this the bank still had my card locked. We finally got through the process successfully. Cole kept reassuring that he was in no hurry, which reduced any stress in the process. Thank you, Cole! Looking forward to receiving this order.

Delivered as expected. Took a little longer than I thought, and the abundance of notifications of delayed shipment was annoying and concerning at first, but I’m really hard to please. All in all, i got the loveseat i wanted in 3 weeks. At first i wondered if i got scammed, but the office calmed me down and gave me confidence. All in all good experience and i will shop 1stop again.
